Jason joined The Law Offices of Richard S. Cohen, LLC d/b/a COHEN LEGAL in July, 2016 as an Associate Partner. Jason has extensive litigation experience gained through his employment with an AV rated trial litigation firm and as senior in-house counsel for an insurance company in South Florida were he defended hotly contested coverage denial and suspected fraud cases throughout every level of litigation. Jason’s practice now focuses on commercial evictions, commercial collections and wrongfully denied or reduced insurance claims.
Jason is an active member of the West Palm Beach Rotary Club, Federation of Palm Beach as well as the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. In his spare time Jason enjoys watching movies, cooking and treasure hunting. Like his dad, Jason is an avid golfer and Philadelphia sports fan.
